Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging and ensure they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
